Not sure, but it felt like we won the toss nearly every single home game this year and wanted the ball each time.

Problem with that is you can blaze down the field, lighting it up, get hung up on the three, kick a field goal and lose momentum. Some disagree, but I will say that you are not doing your team any favors by always taking the ball to start the game. That is an ego move.

This looks bad for Kelly his team are constantly coming out flat and not ready to play. His team can barely beat crappy teams. Last year is looking more and more like luck all the time.

I am disappointed in the preparation in this team for a bowl game yet again. Rutgers isn't even a 1/3 as talented as were are this is bull shit. But i am sure a lot of people will continue to make excuses for this average team.

I've said last year was a lot of luck and a perfect storm several times. Each time I took an internet-beating. People can say what they want, when you consistently struggle against inferior teams, it's because you are just not that good, and perhaps your play calling sucks. I doesn't have to mean "you've learned to win close games" which I've heard just about every time.

Note that I'm not saying BK must go, or the team sucks. I'm just saying that the personnel for whatever reason is not playing as a team, lacks grit, and the play calling is lackluster. Will EG coming back change that? Maybe, but I think there are several other things that require fixes to bring us to a level of consistent play that keeps us in the top 10 year after year.

That was maybe the worst half of execution since the USF game... Multiple TD passes dropped, not a Nile sideline those left in play... Dropped punt, no pressure... Just nothing at all to feel good about...

Frustrating but you have to think a solid half separates them from this team.
