IMO Isaiah is a huge piece of our special teams and offense future, he has wanted to be Irish from all accounts since he visited campus and I could not be happier to have him on board. Congrats to Isaiah and the McKenzie family. Win and this could be an epic weekend.

Agreed. I see him as a Davonte Neal replacement. If he can fill that role, we're sitting pretty.

Not that this will dispense you skepticism but it is certainly possible. You can't OV, per the NCAA, with the score in hand. If ND isn't worried that his score will be a problem for admissions, then taking his commitment isn't problematic.
