I debated dumping Bell, but am gonna hold onto him for a VERY rainy day. 12 team league, so the FA pool is pretty shallow.

I'm in a 14 team league with VERY funky positions and thin benches so I have no idea what to do. QB aside you're looking at 1 RB 3 WR 2 FLEX... with only 5 bench spots total. So Wilson, Boykin, Harvin, Edelman, Bell... with McCoy, Torrey Smith, Jordy Nelson, Ginn, Reggie Bush, and Randle for the Cowboys as current starters.

Once Harvin comes back he should light it up with return yards and such. And hopefully Boykin is a nice plug in. But I really want to play 3 RB and I'm PISSED about David Wilson. If Wilson had been anywhere close to as good as expected McCoy/Bush/Wilson would've melted faces. Plus there was some glitch and a dude was able to pick up Brandon Jacobs on Friday straight from free agents with no waivers... totally screwed me. Commish did nothing about it. SMH.

My choices seem to be to uncuff Bush and lose Bell, drop Ginn or Edelman and hope Boykin hits, or cut my losses on David Wilson. Don't know what to do... sounds like you all think it's time to drop Wilson.

Standard scoring: I have options at QB and don't know who to play. Vick (questionable) against Dallas, Newton against STL, or Cutler @ Washington.

Vick - I don't trust at the moment so scratch him
Cutler - has been playing pretty decent this year and he's against a rather subpar defense
Newton - has a ton of upside. killed it last week. but has been inconsistent. STL isn't great on D, but seems to have played well last week against a Texans team that has more weapons.

I'm leaning towards Cam, but what do you all think?

Btw, being a Bears fan, I'm just waiting for Jay to have a Jay-game and throw 4 picks and no TDs...

Cam. He will have one of those really stupid bad games at some point, I just don't think it will be this weekend against St Louis.

I would say no to Eli over Brady. I would stay patient with Brady because Eli has been awful this year. I was lucky enough to trade Eli away for some awesome value.

With Wilson being injured for a couple of more weeks, I would drop him and who knows maybe you can pick him back up when he comes back.

HA! Believe it or not, I just picked up Eli and benched Brady. Only for this week though. Brady has been so blah this season. He doesn't have a go-to WR/TE when in the red zone and it's causing him to not having many TD passes. Meanwhile, INT King Eli Manning, is on pace for 4600 yards in spite of his terrible tendency to turn the ball over....AND...they play the Vikings this weekend. Eli only has one more TD than Tom, but his seem to be of the big play variety (and that's worth more points in my league).

NOTE: The particular league I made this move, is a QB league. So even if Eli has a mediocre game, he'll still score a decent amount of points. He's avg only 1 point more than Brady in my league, but he's projected 14 points more due to matchups.

NOTE_2: This is a free league too so I don't really care if I make a bad roster mgmt move. If there's money on the line for you, I too would probably stick with Tommy Boy.

I simply was considering playing Eli because of the match up he has this week against the Vikings secondary.

Its a standard scoring league... so that doenst matter a whole lot.

Its not about losing my money... its about the possibility of having to spin the wheel of death if i come in last place... Whats the wheel of death you may ask? Its the horrible device that will determine the shaming the last place team has to face at the end of the season. The punishments range from facing a rotten tomato firing squad for 1 minute, a shotgun mile, 10 shots in 10 mins, and several other public displays of humility such as standing at a busy intersection at rush hour dressing in full drag holding a sign reading, " I lost my fantasy football league"...

And i am currently tied for second to last place... God save me

Alright I need some advice. With Gronk cleared to play this Sunday, who would I start?

Julius Thomas or Gronk?

Can you flex one of them? I don't think you can sit Thomas right now. He's only the #2 fantasy TE and leading the league in TE TDs.

This. Both should be started assuming you can flex one. No matter who your flex is now.

Unfortunately, I forgot to add a flex option when I commissioned the league. Definitely would have been the best option if I had though.

That is indeed one heck of a lopsided trade. I got Vernon Davis for Deangelo Williams a few weeks ago. Dude offered it, and I thought it was a joke.

Its that day again.

TD heavy league. 1 point for every 25 yds. No PPR.

Mathews vs JAX or Gio Bernard vs DET

For TD heavy league I would go Bernard, Matthews is splittin some serious time with woodhead right now. I think Bernard will do better for ya.

I have 2 reserves with this and they are why I'm asking. Gio is splitting with BJGE and Mathews is platin Jax coming off a 22 rush 100 yd game. Both backfields actually split the carries the same. Oh. And I'm a Lions fan. So putting in Gio means hoping he scores on my team. Sonofabitch.

Josh Freeman or Geno Smith? Flex player can be a QB. Or I could throw Bilal Powell in there.
