We tend to do well with people who figure out that ND is:
- the school with the best football tradition,
-the school with the #1 graduation rate,
- the only school with its own national TV network and every game televised.

Throw in that it is a Top 25 university, a $250,000 value, is beautiful, and has a top rate coaching staff, and you have a pretty easy choice. EXCEPT THAT...

- You are getting a real education, so you have to work a little.
- Its academically exclusive, so there is less partying and less crazy girls.

Meh, not concerned. I don't have the benefit of reading the whole article, but from my understanding this was not a top 3, just a few schools that are "standing out", whatever that means.

If the staff wants him, he will be Irish. I'm not sure where he sits on their board given what's transpired the past month and a half (i.e. Bonner, Blankenship, Yeargin), how many spots we have left and the targets still on the board (i.e. Carter). We'll see.

This is where I'm at. I don't think this comes down to ND wanting him or not. Haven't felt strongly about this one in a LONG time. Also hope to be wrong here.

Staff would absolutely take him without question. Problem is others have gotten into his ear and have convinced him his best position going forward is 4-3 DE. Auburn, Ole Miss and Clemson all play 4-3.

Definately don't think it's a matter of the staff wanting him.

Next big step is an actual visit with parents. Not him talking about visiting, but an actual visit.

My only real hope is that Rochelle plays some valuable minutes and stays in his ear.
