Why are you not counting the linemen? That makes zero sense to me. 2012 should have taught you winning on the lines is the key to success.

I'm not not counting them. I'm just more concerned about the future for the skill positions and linebackers than I am for the offensive line, especially after last year's class.

Let's all celebrate about losing a 5 star recruit and tell ourselves its all ok.....

At some point I hope that you come to the realization that recruiting to Notre Dame is the most difficult recruiting out of all the football POWERHOUSES and that there will be drama in recruiting because of factors outside of the coaching staff.

This sucks and I hate it, but I also understand the uphill battle the coaching staff has in recruiting to UND and that this kind of drama is going to happen at the school I have decided to cheer for.

This is so much more than being on the coaches.

With recent developements, lets just assume we haven't signed anyone until they either early enroll or show up for the first spring practice. Tx EV

Only 3 top 150 guys on the Composite. Only 4 top 250 guys who aren't linemen. That's not good enough for a team coming off of a championship game appearance. There's no reason why Michigan should be kicking our a$$ in recruiting this year.

Recruiting is a marathon, not a sprint. People were complaining about Michigan "out recruiting" us at this time last year, but we finished with a better class. The season starts in 11 days, so in 11 days the product on the field will attract many elite recruits. Winning cures all

Recruiting kind of sucks. Oh well. If there is a position where a recruit is most replaceable it is RB.

Starks being a non- take has a little to do with Hood IMO. We were gonna take 2 RBs before he got expelled

Got to be honest, this class probably drops out of the Top 10 after this. We really should be doing better. Just sayin. Luatua and Quick need to up on board. Interesting what the staff does next with RBs...

FYI - he visited ND himself then again with his parents. They've already heard ND's spiel first hand.

Trying to get boys to act like men is always difficult.

Other programs can recruit by appealing to the boy. ND has to recruit the man.

hopefully he comes back to us (like tuitt), but there's lots of talent on the board and a strong season with lots of winning will help the coaches bring in another quality back.
