BR's Adam Kramer just simulated the 2013 season for every team on NCAA '14, and Rees had one helluva season:

Notre Dame 10-3

Tommy Rees (QB, Notre Dame): 3,058 passing yards, 205 rushing yards, 29 total touchdowns

George Atkinson III (RB, Notre Dame): 837 yards rushing, 475 yards receiving, 10 total touchdowns

Unfortunately, it ends with a 10-2 ND losing to 'Bama in the NCG 42-30.

sign me up right now for another NCG appearance

I dunno... OSU getting blown out in consecutive title games in '06 and '07 did a lot to harm the perception of B1G football. It still hasn't recovered. I'd rather win convincingly in a BCS bowl after this season and hold off on the 'Bama rematch until our OL can hang with theirs in 2015+.

Based on Rees' absurd performance in the NCAA '14 simulation, One Foot Down just tweeted this shirt concept:

I'd buy one.

Crazy Train is sounding mighty fine on defensive 3rd downs. Everyone else set custom stadium sounds? What set ups do you have?

I currently have:
the "And there's a magic, in the sound of their name" (which sounds awesome) followed by the Victory March as the team leaves the tunnel
Crazy Train on 3rd down
Damsha Bua after TD, before PAT
Victory March after successful tries/fgs
Shipping up to Boston before kick off
1812 before 4th quarter

Check out this post I did on Operation Sports a few months ago. I've got the songs you've listed above, plus a lot of stuff from the Band, stuff ripped right from games (I've got the A Capella "Here Come the Irish" followed by album version of "Shipping Up to Boston"). Also have the Rudy theme (Played it at Pittsburgh last year in the 4th quarter, maybe other games). Couple different Victory Marches, Celtic Chants, Crazy Trains, Seven Nations Army Chant from a game last year, etc.

Nice, thanks. I have some of those from the band for random things. Will maybe put Rudy theme for a 4th down conversion or something.

actually it looks like they removed the option for running out of the tunnel which kind of blows.

AUScott7 roster for PS3 is pretty good if anyone is looking for a roster with just names temporarily. I verified it's only missing 38 teams, and I only noticed one typo in Notre Dame's roster. Gonna roll with this one till the good Operation Sports one is done.

If they are in mp3 format they are just fine and will work in the game.
Just transfer them with the flash drive from laptop to PS3.

This is correct. They're all in mp3 format. Just put them on a flash drive and copy them to your PS3.

If anyone is using my .zip, if you have any additions or suggestions please let me know. I added 4-5 songs from last season, but typically I roll with the same list each year.

I want to say that so far I'm liking the new engine. You can tell the game has a different feel, especially running the ball. Blocking has looked very good. Haven't noticed players morphing/warping or running into each other. I haven't noticed a large decrease in recruiting time, but thats because I'm meticulous

Pass rush is wayyyy too easy, but passing is also much easier. That's kinda strange.

tbh, I'm having a harder time with pass rush in '14 than I did with '13. I was pretty good at stuffing the CPU offense on the old game, but I gave up 3 TDs to Temple....Temple! One was a blown coverage that was on me, but typically I wouldn't give up any TDs to a team like Temple. I think it's just me though, I have to adjust how I'm playing, haven't done D-Line much in the last few years.

Are ND's helmets fixed?

Mine looked fine this time, yay. I haven't checked all the uniforms, but a day game with default home did NOT have brown helmets. They looked more like our old helmets than the new, shiny ones imo...but it could be the brightness.

Use the adidas strategy pack helmets. The sheen and color is exact. Somehow, EA put a weird pattern and a white facemask on it but at 6pm, night, and 2nd half of 330 games it looks great. Closest us ND fans will get to the real uni is: Adidas strategy helmets, the darker gold pants, blue socks, default gloves and white/ team colored shoes.

Well, poop. Guess I'll have to play around with those Adidas helmets. I thought for sure they said it would be fixed in the first patch. I didn't see any issues last night, but I didn't run a primetime game.
