I'm trying to get more info on this guy to share with y'all. He seems to be a pretty recent addition to the recruiting scene -- LSU offered him at a camp last month. He named them his early leader and it's been in flux ever since. Before that, all I'd heard about him was he was in the low-20s on the Times-Picayune's early in-state recruit rankings. At some point he apparently said that he was an LSU fan but feels like he needs to leave the state for school.

I don't know a ton about Calvary Baptist. They play down in 2A, which includes U-High (Brossette's school), Evangel (Tillery) and Curtis (Dupre/Young), but also has a lot of schools that really aren't equipped to compete with college-level athletes. It's not a traditional powerhouse, but they've put a few recruits into the college ranks over the past two or three years and they've got a QB who could be a really strong recruit in 2016.

Hopefully, I'll be able to get more details on him as his recruitment matures a bit. He's just now creeping onto LSU fans' radars, so there's not much watercooler chatter on him yet.

Not a great sign when he hears about Loy's report that we are in his top 3 and then proceeds to tell Scout and ISD that's not true, still looks he has a lot of interest. Favorite part of the ISD article was that he had already been talking to Tillery about ND before the offer and then was talking about it to him after he got offered.
