After a tough weekend in Chicago, I'm glad Jack got some good news. Also, Tom Loy will be at Jack's school late next week to shoot some film of him throwing and working out so we'll be able to get a look at mechanics and arm strength first hand.

Sampson said the staff is still evaluating QBs and that the staff isn't at a consensus for them. Martin really likes Beneventi, I'm guessing Alford is pushing for Gibson.

On another note sounds like for reading stuff from multiple places Jayru Campbell's offer to both Bama and Notre Dame are not committable.

Touché. I guess I would take Morgan and then try my hardest for one of the Cali kids. Dillman is probably our best bet and it's great that he's not really a true "Cali" QB... so hopefully he won't have the typical maturity/overhype problems that plague those guys.

I think Jack has the potential to be a very good QB and he seems like a great kid but he needs to add some serious strength. I just watched his rivals 5 star challenge highlights that II has of him and he is much skinnier than I thought. And the statements about his weak arm were noticeable even from just some short clips. With that said he's young and has a lot of time to gain that strength. Kelly is seeing flashbacks of Tony Pike.
