Yes because I look like a jackass for calling somebody out that just wished ill will on somebody that cheated on a test or something and then defended it by silly things like "ok" and "bye bye". My guess is that is something to do with USC ARR : FERPA

Federal law prohibits an academic institution from releasing student records or talking about a students classroom success or lack thereof without facing significant repercussions.
