I really hope we take 1 RB and that being Elijah Hood or Nathan Starks.

Interesting we have offered Derrell Scott and now McCafferry, the #1 and #3 AP RBs (per 247 Composite) but not the #2, Justin Jackson who is from the Chicago area and seems to be very academic focused (Northwestern and Vandy Top 2)

He reminds me of a hybrid mix of Cam McDaniel, Sam McGuffie, Julian Edelman, Wes Welker, Ryan Swope, Robby Parris, and Brian Leonard.
If we are making comparisons to Christian McCaffrey's running ability, why not include the elusive Jaguar Jon Arnett(#26). Or, for an inimitable running style, perhaps we should include Hugh McElhenny and Long Gone Dupree! Once upon a time white men could run. White flight to the suburbs done did us in! Teenage boys being driven all over town in station wagons by doting parents. All that wasted time spent in bowling alleys, on tennis courts , and in front of pin ball machines. No wonder we lost are legs!

After watching his highlights he reminds me of K. Russel. He seemed a little stronger though as he ran through some arm tackles there.
He had some nice highlights at corner also.
This offer might be an indicator of ND slipping out of the Elijah Hood race.

While. Jacksons is a 4 star, his offer list isn't overly impressive. Its more of that of a 3 star.

I saw Jackson play in the Illinois playoffs as a freshman, he was by far the best player on the field. My best friends cousin is his RB coach and he was out running, lifting, jumping everyone as a freshman.

I doubt the staff looks at 24/7's rankings

I've often wondered if they do, just to converse with the recruits about. I helps to be cognizant of everything. If recruits are into that, coaches probably know of it.

I hear he sees the field real well, almost like a Larry Bird or John Stockton. Except in football.

may still visit ND but wants to decide "by next month"

Definitely will be a team out West, probably Stanford
