Had an amazing visit to OSU that set the bar and exceeded expectations per Rivals.

He really went into detail on the visit, Michigan is next

ISD has a longer update out with quotes. Nothing earth shattering, none of three Midwest visits stood out above rest. Will take an OV. Would post more but I'm in casino.

Hopefully you are winning. Or getting drunk. Or picking up hot chicks. Whichever floats your boat.

Ha, two out of three ain't bad and the third gets in the way of #1. Plus its God damned Toledo, not a great selection of hot girls here.

Per 247

Staff swayed him a bit on the WR/TE debate. ND wants him in the Tyler Eifert role as a TE that can flex to different places and he said he doesn't want to be a inline blocker but he really likes how they see him in the offense.

Him and Kyle Allen's recruitment won't effect each other.

Liked hearing about the academics and support and mom and dad really liked the campus. Called Kelly a great guy and he likes where the program is headed and could see himself at ND for the next 4 yrs

Would like to visit again and will take his time since it is a 40 year decision :)

I didn't think he would budge on being an out and out WR because I think most of us agree that as much as we may like him as a true WR we like him much more as a flex TE.

If he's willing to be a TE then he jumps to the top of the board for TE. IMO he would be an awesome mix of Kyle Rudolph and Tyler Eifert.

WR Mark Andrews gives complete visit recaps of Ohio State,Michigan,& Notre Dame, including where each will play him: Scout.com: Andrews sees the Midwest's best
Scout.

Nothing new from an ND point of view. Ohio State recruiting him as an out and our WR. Really like the coaches and people around the programme.

Michigan recruiting him as a TE but by the sounds of it they are talking about him lining up on the inside and "sometimes" on the outside. He said it would be fine with him if that's the role they saw him in but compared to the way he talked about the way ND use TE's in glowing terms he didn't seem too enthused by the idea. I may be wrong, but after what he said in the 247 update I'd be surprised if he seriously considered Michigan going forward as it sounds like they want him to be more of a traditional TE when he wants to be a WR or a WR/TE hybrid.

There were some immediate reactions on this board that assumed that he should have gushed more after his ND visit and have an overly pessimistic read in some reports...

I kinda thought adding Weishar might close the door a bit here. Guess not?

Is Wiltfong trying to string us all along in light of the Sapp departure?

That was my assumption as well. Wonder if the staff would take Wieshar, Andrews and Luatua all in the same class? I guess that's the good thing about recruiting flexible Big Skill guys.
