Report is that there is 60-70 dead. Including 5 firefighters 1 police officer. Hundreds of injuried

I've seen some places on Twitter say the same as you irishff, but no one that I would necessarily call credible. And the Waco Mayor (I think) said no confirmed deaths yet. Hopefully he's right.

I read somewhere that the initial crews that went in for the fire before the explosion have not been accounted for.

No ****. They both have to have concussions though. The kid was saying she couldn't hear right after the explosion. Scary ****.

At least 200 injured, 40 critically as of now. This sucks.

I'm just wondering that if it was on fire, and it is a fertilizer plant, what would stop people from not getting as far away as possible (save for fireman, police, etc)? Either way, really unfortunate this happened.
