Looks like it's time to move on. It's a shame it worked out this way. Honestly, I won't miss the continued drama of a player who has contributed so little to this point.

I never made it on the board last night to tell all of you, late night at work.... But one of my best friends text me yesterday around 5pm and said that said Gunner was working out at our gym yesterday, which is right down the road from campus.

Just thought you guys would like to know that little tid bit of info. I guess he really is transfering. No other reason why he would be there. Right?

The Trib reporters don't know any more than we do though ... no news in there other than that Gunner didn't show up for morning workouts yesterday.

Not to say they are wrong ... I guess mayyyybe Gunner just needed one more day to think about it, but let's face it, the fact that he didn't show up for workouts yesterday means the writing is probably on the wall.

We'll be fine at QB. He would have been good depth but he wasn't going to start a game for the next three years. If he can't beat out the guy that we have starting, maybe he wasn't as elite as many of us thought he was.
