That shot reminds me of my brother who played at VT. I mention this for two reasons. It was work like that which made my brother stronger than any player that he ever played against [and he played against several AAs] and I never saw a guy that he couldn't move.

Secondly, exercises [particularly self-motivated ones] that REALLY tax you, are a demonstration of an indomitable WILL. This guy is going to kick your a$$, and if he can't do it, you are going to have to kill him, because he will NOT quit.

My brother got the training room nickname BIG IKE --- the irresistible force and the immovable object. This is our BIG IKE I think. Can't wait to see him play --- Diaco probably will have to gear him down a little in practice.

This kid... I tell ya... he's my favorite player and he's not even on campus yet. If you're on the twitter machine, and aren't following him, you really are missing out. The kid is a motivation monster. These sorts of tweets come from him multiple times a day. The kid is a natural born leader.
