I'm not saying that I had a problem with other posters and they way that they deal with it. But for those that think there is a little humor in this, why should we feel bad?

Sorry that I find it a little funny that a 22 year old has a fvcking fake girlfriend. It'd be no different if it was my own brother.

Again, it's not disrespect to Manti, just a crazy, and funny, situation.

Let's figure out what we think ND will do at 8:00. Let's start with the assumption that the administration and staff has no knowledge of this situation. I think that's the likeliest scenario, but I'm sure there will be plenty of conspiracy theories.

1 - Will the administration and coaching staff distance itself from all of this? This will leaving Manti out on his own dealing with this issue;

2 - Will the admin and staff stand by tbeir man, supporting Manti as a victim of this hoax? This would take on additional heat at the University level.

3 - Will they defer and seek more information? This would allow the university to conduct an internal investigation about who at ND (including Manti) might have known about this;

4 - Other options?
