Most Mormons I know do not do the online dating thing. That's more a nerd thing. I do think if a very religious Mormon who only believes in dating LDS girls, if located on a campus with very few LDS girls, or Polynesian LDS girls, may be more apt to look online.

So if he actually talked to her, and at least 2 other people, that means they have phone records. which means these people should be easily found. I am sure Twitter keeps logs, track IPs etc. Something concrete needs to come out and these people need to be found.

this couldn't have happened to a better person.. Manti is someone who I looked up to, although I'm older than him.. he's very in touch with his faith and passionate about what he believes in, and for something like this to happen and tarnish his image is probably more of a disservice for us than it is for him because it may hinder his impact on society.. maybe I'm overreacting, but it's how I feel.. I still have love for Mr. Te'o
