Golson certainly looks like he belongs with the big boys as a RS Frosh. That's encouraging, no?

At the beginning of the season, we would have been happy with a 9-3 season. Reading everyone whine about getting to the NC game and getting beat by a really good team is ridiculous.

Am I the only one thinking that Golson has played pretty decent tonight? Given how one dimensional we were forced so early on, I am pretty pleased with his overall performance.
No I've been pretty pleased with Golson overall all things considered.

His deep balls have not been good at all tonight, though. Short and out routes have been superb.

Those come with touch and poise. My point is the moment hasn't been to big for him, like it looks like it might have been for others. That's huge.

Saban and Alabama are the perfect storm. As long as they are together, they will be unstoppable. 4,5,6? Its just a matter of him wanting a real challenge.

The future is still brighter than it's been in over two decades. We're entering the off-season with a lot more momentum than we had last year at this time.

This Notre Dame team was looked at by the biggest homers as an 8-10 win team. Instead, they played for a championship. They tried for it all. They didn't try for a BCS win and being seen as "good", they went for the whole damn thing. I hope all of my IE friends and your children live their life that way. I hope you always risk it all. There is no shame in failure, the shame lies in not trying. Shame lies in not pushing for the very best in this life. Because you live this life once. It is far too short accept being good at life. Try to be the best, shame lies in those that do not try.

I'd say Golson has played pretty well. He still needs work checking down to other recievers, but that will come in time. He'll blossom in 2013.

Future is bright for sure! Golson will be a dominant force sooner rather than later and Jones and Daniels are gonna star next year! Throw in Niklas and I love our passing attack of the future. Those big boys we got on the O-line coming in will be very important for the future though. I love our guys on the line now but you have to be able to run the ball on anybody and unfortunately we can run it on most just not the best. Big props to Bama, still the class of college football.
