What if OSU wasnt on sanctions and we were playing them in this game. What if the momentum didn't take such a shift in the very beginning of the game.

Ultimately, we played a poor game and lost to an obviously superior team. It is upsetting, but this team played its heart out all year. And thats all you can ask.

Eh games like this happen. As a Vikings fan I'm used to them. This one hurts because I truly thought we'd have a better showing but what can you do? Is taking crap from other people really that big of a deal? I was epically pissed during the first quarter but whatever that was an immature overreaction on my part.

I do still think Kelly and co. got exposed a bit by a more big game experienced coaching staff. BK just didn't have the boys ready to play but this is a learning experience.

I've always thought this way, and many disagree. But I feel like it is disrespectful for a coach to take their foot off the gas in a game like this. Regardless of the score, you deserve it to the other coach to coach your very best game. Kelly doesn't want to this game to get respectable so he can save face. He wants to be able to look at the whole picture. Letting up on a team is the biggest smack in the face you can give an opponent. It clearly send the message, "you deserve pity". Kelly doesn't want Saban's pity.

This is really hard to take and I know it hurts brothers. Don't let this ruin the amazing year we had! I know nobody wants to hear it but really, don't let it ruin this! We have a lot of things to improve on but I have faith Kelly will fix this! Time will heal this and hey we are still light years ahead of where we were. Keep the faith and Go Irish!!!
