I saw it also, but the interior of the Oklahoma line is pretty bad.
No way I was the only one seeing this guy do some serious damage to their O-line when he was in, right?
Nope! Him and Springmann have been pleasant surprises for guys like me who don't get to see practice.
Really nice depth and a solid rotation going.
No, just haven't seen an up close pick of Kona in a while. Looks damn mean. Another year of weights and backing up Nix and he'll be ready to feel the void when Irish Chocolate leaves.
ED: I'd find it hard to . . . are our true warriors on this team.
........ I have to specifically cite Kona too as one of our great warriors. He has really pleased me this season --- fine job Big Man!.
Really wish we didn't burn his redshirt. Would have been so huge to have him available to come back next year.

It's seriously terrible, with the way the depth chart is right now, that we lose him after this year. Freaking Tuitt and his alarm clock ... Gah
The way I see it, Tuitt owes us a year. Problem solved.
I definitely see Kona as an UFA, who makes a team and becomes a rotational player down the line.Thought this comment from BK was bump worthy. From Today's presser:

BK - We are getting a lot of reports that Kona Schwenke may be able to play at the next level. He's playing great football for us right now.
— Irish Sports Daily (@ISDUpdate) October 29, 2013

sucks he had to play his freshman year
And then Tuitt got suspended sophomore year + injuries forced him into action. Would be so awesome to have him back next year.
I absolutely believe he's an NFL quality player. Never got the recognition sitting behind Nix, but he did stand out in his own right.
