I am not sure how ND fans feel but Pitt was in the regular season game
I just dont see a reason to get upset about this game its a meaningless loss. The program is going in the right direction and I am excited about the future.
You act like your program is a perennial NC contender. It's not. Don't act like a BCS whoopin is no big deal.

What is the difference between a loss or a win tonight for the program?
Your team not showing up and losing to a Louisville team that lost to UCONN is not the right direction no matter how much NFL talent there is

Not sure why everyone has to tell ALLIGATOR how he should feel. As a UF fan, his team has won BCS Championships and bowl games. As ND fans, we have not an have been told by other fan bases that ND does not belong. That is what is at stake for us, as fans--a sense of bragging rights and joy. I guarantee you the players want to win, but Louisville clearly wants it more---the old chip on the shoulder.
As a fan, i can see where GATOR is comig from--as a sense of comfort in his mind thay they will reload next year. I guarantee as a team or a head coach they do not feel this way. The win does nothing for him in his mind in a "feeling of joy sense" but from a program sense it should matter.

I would say a couple of things (and for the record I am somewhat of a fan of Florida from the Steve Spurrier days). 1. The coaches did not have the players ready to play at all. 2. Florida was in too many close games against average opponets this year and this game makes me wonder if this years record was a mirage and maybe they haven't made any progress since last year. 3. Florida has no QB. Driskel has been rough his year and really needs to make progress next year. He has very little pocket awareness and holds the ball too long.

Now is a good time to look away from another team's board when your team is losing.
I don't like Florida but I don't like them getting worked.
Others will relish it.
It's your call, but I wouldn't come here hoping to make sense right now: there's none to be had.
Not from you for showing up here or rabid fans salivating about snagging future Floridian recruits...
That's just my advice.
you think Florida is not going in the right direction as a program?
I understand that an inferior opponent presents a no-win situation in the eyes of some fans, but its time to find a new hobby when the GD SUGAR BOWL doesn't raise your pulse.
Florida is going in the same direction as the '92 Sugar Bowl.
Do you know what the difference between Florida and Cheerios is?
Cheerios belong in a bowl.
