Anyone see the E60 on the quarterback from Woodberry Forest tonight? Unreal.

I have no idea what that means...?

ESPN E60 is a show on ESPN that profiles didn't athletes and sports stories. Tonights had a piece on the qb at Randolph's hs that had his right leg amputated after a bad football injury last fall. He carne back and played this year a little bit with a prosthetic leg.

Nice little pipeline going there right now. Both kids seem like good kids who are pumped for the Irish. Can't wait to see them in South Bend.

Didn't know he played lacrosse, too. If I didn't I already know he was a stud, now I do.

Heh if there is lacrosse being played in the state of Virginia, I'm on it*... see post #150 of the thread. Boom. Yeah, I had that scoop.

Fun fact, Anzalone was actually very good at lacrosse from what I've heard. He played on one of the premier HS lacrosse club teams in the entire country when he was an underclassmen. I hear he's also so-so at football.

*I still have a lot of family friends in VA/MD/PA that play high school lacrosse... which is good, because, you know, everyone cares so much about high school lacrosse and these connections add so much to this board.

Didn't one of ND's recent TEs play lacrosse, one of those that left? I want to say Reuland.

Plus, you never know when the next big athlete is going to switch from lacrosse to football and explode onto the scene. Like Jimmy Graham, except lacrosse instead of basketball. The connections are needed.

Close. It was actually Will Yeatman, transferred to Maryland and played both football and lacrosse if I'm not mistaken.

Everyone loves lacrosse they just don't know it yet. I have no doubt AA and Randolph are both good. I imagine 6'3'' 240 is terrifying on any field and he is extremely athletic. Excited about this kid

Dang, I'm getting rusty. In my defense, I've done all I could to block out my knowledge of the Weis years, minus a few select games and players.... my "fun fact" memory bank suffers for it.
