They were going man when we were on the one, and I have no idea why we didn't take a shot for Eifert when it was clear they were stacking the box. I would've liked to see a little something more inventive inside the five like that. All being said, we have no excuse for not punching it in. Golson has been doing well throwing the ball. Need to score touchdowns.

I didn't mind the handoff, but I do not understand it being such a deep handoff, especially without a fullback. Need a QB sneak or quick hitter to the RB from there. Or, as you suggested, throw it up for Eifert.

Why? With the exception of a few bad throws, Golson has been pretty good so far. ND needs to cash in when in the redzone. I mean, holy sh*t, an All-American offensive line is playing like total pansies inside the 20.
