Did not see this coming.... although he was apparently a star in 7on and camps. Devin Butler had really high praise for him. Always a bit interesting when there seems to be a big discrepancy from play in the pads and play in shorts.

Really happy to have him.

Props to the staff for recognizing a talented guy before everyone else did. Looking forward to seeing Will do great things for us.

I wasn't the happiest when we first got him but after watching his other video on youtube and seeing his latest bump on rivals. Also hearing what Mike Farrell has to say about him I can honestly say he has grown on me very much.

Don't forget two good defenders called him their toughest receiver-opponent at this summers camps.

I am still much the same way. Its not that I think he is bad, but I have heard plenty of great stuff about the other recruits, but not so much about Matsuka and he doesnt really have a lot of tape on the Defensive side of the ball (which is where he is being recruited for ND). Hopefully he plays plenty of Dline this year and puts out some video of it. :)

People on this thread have openly questioned recruiting Fuller, and then somebody brought up recruiting Matsuka at defensive end.

So I tactfully brought up Romeo. Romeo had offers from where before ND received his verbal? He was how old? And he spent 85 percent of the time with his hand in the dirt. And the Kelly staff saw a dog. Of course everybody railed against that. As of yesterday people were still doubting the veracity of all these things.

And these are some of the people that swear by Kelly's ability to recruit. Or better yet wonder the secret of Kelly's incredible record of player development. Incredible, simply incredible.

So you see it is all about Fuller. Expect him to come in with the playability somewhere between a Chris Brown and a Justin Ferguson.

Have the highlights against Paramus in there as well. Couple nice catches against Peppers.
