I wish the review of the play hadn't killed the celebration buzz though...Once your jumping up and down gets interrupted you never really come back, regardless of the final call.
dude, i am so happy. i'd stroke the mullet right now.
Did Lueders play at all?
I didn't see him but looked in the box score and his name didn't show up so I'm not really sure?
MY DEAR LORD.

@1:50 - After throwing the game-winning TD pass (a play which he audibled into) in OT against Stanford, Rees simply unfastens his chin strap and walks off-field. No celebration. He's not the quarterback ND wants, but he's the one we've needed many times this season. Much respect.
@3:45 - Manti, "LOU, Lou... they couldn't block you. You're the best Noseguard in the whole country!"
Indeed. What a leader.
My youngest son (12) was watching the game with me. He seldom watches but is getting more into the Irish this year. Bandwagoning I suppose. One thing he did ask me was "when does Notre Dame have announcers that actually like them and not the other team?" I told him its always that way and I have gotten used to it. It sure would be nice to have some Domer homers calling the NBC games.
