Wait, wait, wait we are supposed to be scared of a Miami team that put up points on NC State (whose biggest win is UConn this year) and Georgia Tech (who just gave up 49 POINTS to MIDDLE TENNESSEE STATE along with 510 yards of offense?????!!!

Your defense is giving up 39 POINTS A GAME when you are not playing an FCS school like Bethune Cookman. I am literally shaking in my boots.

I think it will be a better game than most expect.

Yes. I too think that Notre Dame only wins by 14 and not 21.

Miami is not good.

They have a defense that can't hit. They can't make a stop off the corner to save their life and have a secondary that looks shaky anywhere ten yards off the ball.

I also wonder how the fans affect the game. Miami, having all of 200 fans at last week's game, should have about 4 fans at this week's game. ND will rock the hell out of Soldier field... and more importantly will rock the hell out of Miami.

They are selling tickets to their home games for NINE DOLLARS.

It's not trolling when it's true. You're defense can't keep up with our offense and your offense is trash. Remember the name Denzel Perryman. Makes that Samoan you call a linebacker look like sh*t.

IT'S GREAT---- TO BE---- A MIAMI HURRICANE!!!!

Yeah, because you can move down to really good seats for super cheap.

In all honesty the only thing that scares me about this game is the thought of their D playing much better than they currently have. First and foremost, Tracy Howard is their freaking nickel back... how many of us would've given an arm and a leg last cycle to land him? They obviously have people with talent... their D as a unit just sucks for some reason. It's absolutely littered with 5:s: style players though.

I'm worried about Steven Morris getting hot against our green secondary. He is a pretty good passer, when he get's time (key phrase).

Agreed. I'm really worried about this game. We already know Miami has freak athletes, they just need a big game for motivation. This is it. Look out folks.

Can't believe we opened as a 13 point favorite. Both of my favorite football teams play Miami this weekend, kind of strange. I was actually supposed to be going to this game but got cancelled on and then head to Cincinnati for the game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. Instead I'm just going to Cinci.

Isn't the Denzel Perryman that the guy is bringing up the one that was good friends with Rabasa and was looking hard into ND but his parents wanted him to go to Miami? I seem to remember him being somewhat small but very quick. If he is good than it kind of sucks ND missed out on him.

Something that hasn't been mentioned in a while is that this game could be the coldest a lot of these Miami players have ever been in their lives. Low of 36 with a chance of rain. That will be huge for us.

"yo, yo yo......check this out.....I was on this Golden Boners message board last night, yo, and I told them straight up how whack their team was, yo. I mean for reals, they just couldn't handle my flavor, yo. Ya feel me? Canes for life, yo, for reals!"

I almost choked on my coffee when I read this. Well played, sir.

I'd like to see our team (especially offense) hit the field confident (not cocky) and do what they should.....

1) Our front 7 better get to Stephen Morris

2) No turnovers by the offense

3) I hope the O line and tight ends got $hit worked out last week, because we absolutely need to run.

4) Miami fans are thrilled about beating Bethune Cookman.

5) They're also worried that their players will be wearing ski masks and huddled around heaters because weather will be in the 50's.

Great point. They have the talent.

Which is why I think this game is closer than most overconfident ND fans think. Especially since our offense has shown absolutley nothing in 4 weeks.

I think we win, but in a good game.

He is a lil undersized but very quick laterally and a good tackler.

I dont think Miami is an abosolute cake walk, I think if our D plays well, and pressures Morris we win this. Now all this talk about Miami having all these athletes is warrented to some extent but guess what, ND has athletes too!! This was also the concern when we played em last in El Paso so I dont take to much stock in the "freak athlete" fear. Disipline and pass rush will win this game for ND, oh yeah and hopefully our Oline wakes up and opens some ****ing holes for the backs.
