I guess we'll count this one for next week... Lane Kiffin, the douchiest person in maybe the entire known history of the world, ended his post practice press conference after a grand total of 29 seconds like a petulant child. Here's the video:

Why did he do it? Because he was being asked a question about a player's participation in practice. Can't make this **** up.
A glorious image that has circulated in many a past topic...

Apparently Bill King called him a whiny, sniffling bitch and a punk. If somehow he loses 3+ games this year.... it's hot seat time.

I don't think he'll be in the hot seat; he's proven to be the slimy piece of **** that SC seems to covet.
His point is one that fans will surely embrace: He's trying to protect his kids by trying not to reveal anything that opponents would use against them.
Kiffin said he would regularly assign three graduate assistants to scour the Internet for any news about opponents that would be helpful in game-planning. Yet he said the flow from the traditionally open schools in the conference was slowly drying up.
I realized when I hired you that you were young and inexperienced and that there would be a learning process for you. Your mistakes on player personnel and coaches were overlooked based on our patience with you. But I never dreamt that you would be untruthful in statements to the press as well as on so many other issues. Your actions are those of a coach looking to makes (sic) excuses for not winning, rather than a coach focused on winning.
A little history lesson. Al Davis' Letter to Lane Kiffin, circa 2008.

I have to admit that I grew considering Al Davis a complete joke. I knew the history of all he accomplished in football, but honestly I had a hard time really accepting or believing it because of how much of a clown I viewed him as.
In fact, I thought so little of Davis that I actually rooted for Kiffin when he went to Tennessee because I thought that Davis was out of his mind and therefore Kiffin probably had gotten screwed. It didn't take me long after that to see Kiffin for what he is, but I never really reconsidered my opinion about skeletor. Maybe that is something worth revisiting.
I love this thread. It rarely disappoints.
