I think we will beable to shred UMs defense. Their line is pretty bad, and we should overpower them. I think we control the tempo of the game by beating up UMs defense. I think our backs with average 5+ yards per carry.

On the defensive side of the ball, UM's offensive line is terrible. We aren't Alabama, but we are very strong. We are going to be a nightmare for Robinson, he's going to get hit a lot, and throw some erradic balls. Our edges are finally fast enough to contain him, and as long as they don't over pursue, we will be in good shape.

I think the team is very aware of last season, and even more hungry for redemption. I think the coaches will keep their foot on the gas pedal late in the game. People are forgetting, MSU and Purdue of talented defensive lines, Michigan does not, our offense will do pretty well and move the ball methodically. As long as we don't kill ourselves with penalties and turnovers, we will win comfortably. Plus, our Dline got a lot better after the UM game last season with new faces playing late in the year, so we can't really gauge UM's offensive output vs our Dline.

It could get ugly for UM if we play like we did last weekend defensively.

That's not how Michigan fan's roll. They can tell you the 4 players on NOTRE DAME'S defense who'll get drafted, but as far as naming 4 members of their own team they are lost without the Google. True Story. I also heard that if you get close enough you can see the gold shining from the crack in their closet doors where they hide their secret desires to be ND fans.

We are underestimated as knowledgable fans, many of us knew Sparty was wildly overrated to start the year. We are right where we should be right now.

Really? That's funny. When ND plays Air Force, Michigan sure has no problem pointing out how short that stick is, and how we are subpar to anyone in the NCAA for playing them. Also, I'm a little tired of the Bama beats on everyone logic as to why Michigan lost that game. For being the defending sugar bowl champs and #8 team in the country coming off an 11-2 season for 2011, it was never an unrealistic expectation to think Michigan could have given them a competitive game. Would they have won? No. But to be tossed around like a rag doll in a pit bull's mouth was just flat out exposure of the many flaws in the BCS system, and Michigan's lack of skill. Michigan was mediocre last year, they are mediocre this year, and so was ND, but ND has improved in several areas. I have yet to see Michigan improved in anything other than hoping Denard can save their hind ends in every game. If he doesn't bend over and tie his damn shoes, he's going to break an ankle running all over the field in his sock. I just am baffled at the total double standards Michigan fans have for their team. That's all. ND will win this one.

We got 20 against Purdue and MSU... two teams with quite a few NFL caliber players... and Michigan's is simply worse man for man than either of those two teams.

No it isn't. Purdue has at least 2 DL who will get drafted and 2 CB that will get drafted. Name me 4 NFL caliber players on Michigan's defense.

I said save some, not all. I would contend that anyone going off the deep end on a message board needs to relax just as much as us privately optimistic/publicly cautious faithful need to roll with it and enjoy the ride.

All he did was answer your members questioning of our defensive player draft prospects, as well as other items proposed, and backed his retort up with real world factual information from a non biased source.
