Kevin Burke This is why I stay as far from Irish Envy as possible. What a load of crap. B&G has already debunked this rumor completly and that it had absolutely no merit. On a side note remember that before the 88 championship season there was a report that tony Rice was ineligible. Lol coincidence?? I think not. Go Irish.

I forgot how legit Facebook is. The rumor circle of Facebook is so much more profound then IE.

Better sources?? How many rumors have been debunked by that group?

Hmmm...couple things I guess. I don't doubt people from other sites have good info. But I've also seen some pretty silly stuff posted on every single one of them.

Today IE had some jackwagon show up, and start posting things, and then he got banned. People from another site start posting about what he said as if it represents IE. Others chimed in...reality is what a knucklehead says in a post isn't representative of any board in its entirety. It appears all boards have the intellectually lazy as well.

Me, well, before I would attribute an entire sight's "worth" to a single post from a single poster, I would have at least looked to see how many posts the guy had ... Anyway

All boards have good guys, and bad guys. All boards have guys who know things from time to time.

I post on / read IE, because this is where I found the level of conversation that suits me. Intelligent, but not pretentious. To each his own.

Ha ha, if that came off as me being pissed, that wasn't even close to my intention. More of me laughing at many of those guys for being what they have shown to be - an embarrassment to Notre Dame football. I don't even have a facebook acct but from what everything I've seen and read about them, they need to check themselves. Truth.

Hey guys... let's be nice... groups on facebook... can have MERIT too... they have... inside information... on so MANY things... related to Notre Dame... football... and everything the members... say... is SUBSTANTIATED...and original...and not 100% PLAGARIZED... and not a DISGRACE... to Notre Dame football... Pete Sampson... and Jason Sapp don't... have THEIR sources... they're a VERY connected group... to high school RECRUITS... BANG BANG... Irish Envy is full of NOBODYS... it's not even... a real website... Not all ND Facebook groups are the same. Fighting irish football fans is the largest and most interactive group. Much more friendly and reputable than bang bang. Bang bang is where the kids go. FIFF is where the adults go.
