no signs of Cierre Wood. So BK saying its a paper work issue is just plain wrong.

EJ Banks wasn't with the team in practice cheering and coaching while he couldn't partake. I really don't think this is that big of deal, and I hope I am right.

He was in saturdays video i believe with helmet on but not partaking in drills....

He was there yesterday too...I saw him walking out (but I was taking pics so I didn't get to see his gear or if he was sweating or things like that)...

Yeah i don't think this is a big deal at all probably just a minor formality...

Worth monitoring. I'm not going to worry yet. Besides, Cierre is a stud, but if there is a position group where we could absorb a hit (not that we want to at any position), the depth at RB would at least not make it a season-ruining proposition.

Oh ok. I was going off of what GB said that there hasn't been any signs of him.

I am not worried about Cierre leaving the team. Especially this year considering he is saying it is his last. But I was just making sure there is not a health issue or something. Thanks for the clarification and sorry if I caused a stir

What? He apparently hasn't practiced yet, and it isn't (entirely) clear why. Seems like it may not be a big deal, but it certainly isn't like the thread was bumped so someone could make a joke or say they saw Cierre at 7/11.

I think he's saying that he assumes injury when he sees veteran threads bumped.. Not that it was unnecessarily bumped.

Hope to see him participating tomorrow.

Probably just "physical forms" that Wood forgot to take care of.

"Take your physical, we need to make sure you dont have any odd lingering injuries or diseases that could affect other players."

Wood: "pfft, ill do that later."

Look guys, as Jonesman said on another thread, the NCAA has regulations about practicing without pads, that have to be maintained. So Cierre has to catch up. Each day has put him behind the rest of the team by one day. How many days to full go is it, three or four?

No he has not been in videos, because he needed to catch up, yes he has been there, every day.

I believe on the 3rd day uppers are allowed then 5th day equals full

I haven't kept up with this thread, but assuming he hasn't touched the field yet, then he's 4 practices behind. He can catch up pretty quickly if there are double sessions. Also, I don't know NDs policy but where I played, guys could have their own session after practice which counted for them. I think the only requirements are how many total practices/hours, no consecutive double sessions and the incremental stages for pads.

I was just saying that when I see that the thread of a player who hasn't been mentioned in a while is bumped, I always fear for the worst (injury, transfer, etc.) initially. I wasn't trying to start something.
