I think it's his new playing weight. Anyone around 190 playing top notch college football, should be able to hit 220 on bench (weird number like some have said) easily.

Let's move on guys.

ok... so what's everyone's opinion on the chances of Prosise not reserving a year of eligibility?

How much playing time?

Where will he see action? ST-Defense(what position? S, nickel, Star)

That brings up a good question. Punts used to have two backs. I know that with the outside rush that has become obselete. Do teams still use a shallow back right behind the LB's?

Wouldn't it be cool if the forward pass were legal on punts? That would take care of the problems with today's rush.

What do you mean forward pass legal on punts? You talking about the returning team?

Yeah, That would really make coverage a bit@h wouldn't it?

Seriously,

That post about Tate owning Tailor Mays; couldn't have happened to a nicer guy! The was the game where Mays SPEARED Robby Paris. Totally uncalled for, not sure if it even drew a flag. That was total bull cowdungus. Turns out that anyone who watched the game saw a bully, who couldn't cover the best!

To be considered an "advanced" [not an elite] bench presser at 180 pounds, Prosise would have to bench about 280.

In other news, my brother is 58 years old and benches [when he bothers] around 320. He hasn't worked at benching for years. My memory is poor on this irrelevancy but I believe that he used to bench around 420 when he was dominating the Southern Conference football at East Carolina.

What are we even talking about here??

A big fast strong Safety, that looks to be a ball hawk. Great find Kelly. He can be very good in a couple years.

Uhhhh 220 is weak for a Div 1 football player. I did 225 x 26 my senior year. Just saying. And that was in May, after I dropped 36 lbs for wrestling in November. I get everyone is different but seriously? I would bank on 220lbs as weight, and play hybrid. Get him ready now, more comfortable later.

got some real studs here

I am not impressed with 220 bench, but a freshman who hasnt even seen college class yet can hardly be expected to put up combine numbers.

however, the more I look at it, the more it is probably about his weight, though he could easily be building muscle only to trim and tone down later...

Football season is on the horizon and camp starts in mere days and yet we're spending pages dissecting an incoming freshman's vague tweet and whether it means his weight or his bench press. I agree with those above - lets move on.

Thought we were moving on from this? Know one knows what it means, so there is no real need to get worked up assuming it means one thing when it could mean something completely different.

Why doesn't someone tweet him and ask what it means.
