I agree with you Berry. We have guys that can run and catch on the other side of the ball. While he is a great back, I want him smashing people!

Shumate was a silent for a couple weeks. He admitted that jaylon might not be a silent but I feel pretty damn good about where we stand. So everyone just wait. I know it's the offseason. Like everyone has said June could be a great month

One of my favorite natural fractals.

That is a really cool fractal! I wonder if Jaylon is partial to it. If not what short of Stepanski's triangle? Notre Dame is doing some really interesting research on Network Fractals. If he likes these, he may want to consider changing his major . . .

Elevenwarriors message board has someone claiming that they say Jaylon has been told that we will use Jaylon some on offense in addition to his natural LB position and claim that this is not second hand information. I don't ever remember seeing this mentioned on this thread. Anyone have any info?

Sure they are not getting Alzone confused with Smith?

I meant the playing RB part not the silent part

But in regards to being a silent, I get it when it's January or February. Makes no sense in may

“@JaeeSmiff9ENT: Whenevr i commit , the first thing i wannn do is Choose my Number lbs!”

Won't be hard, number 9 is taken and all of NDNation will be calling for Number 5 for the heir to the throne of Te'o.

Hey guys, I am curious. I heard a rumor. Did Oregon, by any possible chance, offer Jaylon a football schollarship?

no information....

In other news: Jaylon Smith will get a chance at ND to step into a premier spotlight, center ring, both because of his defensive talent and because he is the "next great ND linebacker" following Te'o. This spot is perfect for him, and I'll bet that he knows it.

Had another great visit, as all of them have been. Continued to build relationships with coaches, etc. His dad also really liked it.

Is planning to be back on 6/14 with some other recruits. Says he's seen everything he can at ND, now its just more about becoming more comfortable. Likes that the staff hasn't pressured him to commit.

Still plans to decide before the season starts, could be soon could be later on.

What are the odds that Urban doesn't pressure?

According to Wiltfong now has a top 3 instead of a top 2.

ND, OSU, and USC

"Wow, Ty Isaac committed to USC? Maybe it would be fun to tackle him all game long for 4 years!"

Oregon offered? That's pretty much everybody now, isn't it?
