This is the craziest "performance enhancing" story I've ever heard.

ski jumpers allegedly injecting their penises with hyaluronic acid in order to fly that little bit further...

Temporarily enhanced measurements would theoretically mean athletes being given a bigger, looser suit and, like a sail catching wind, could allow them to make longer jumps. Research from the scientific journal, Frontiers, published last October said that a 2cm change in a suit represented an extra 5.8 metres in the length of a jump.

But literally the greatest skier to ever live is also competing for the U.S. and A., Mikaela Shiffrin. Men & women. Any era. I’ve been lucky enough to see her compete at World Cup events a couple times. It’s jaw-dropping.

"R.I.C.E" got me -40+% muscle loss.

But Vonn is out there a week later shredding a majority of healthy olympic athetes on her fully ruptured ACL? okay.

Can she play DT?

My guess is she has a partial tear and the term "shredded" or "ruptured" are probably the wrong words to describe it.

I know and not for the better. I would rather see the trend reversed. I cannot watch any of the professional turned Olympic sports. Eff all the Dream Teams.

I would much rather watch the Turkish pistol dude saunter up in a t-shirt, curling, speed rock wall climbing the quirkier ones.

And if you, an athlete, need full time support then go get sponsors. If you can’t get sponsors then maybe you are not cut out to be an Olympian or your sport isn’t.
