How'd you get a gif of Irishog77's house?

When his mom went to make coffee I raided the key rack.

Edit: totally unrelated, but if anyone knows how to shirk a photograph, I'd like to know (AKA, I love my FreePat banner, but it's too large).

I thought he's only been mentioned at CAT or TE?

I posted this before, but this is my vision of Diaco on first day of practice next year:

Windows has a couple of apps that let you re-size. One is Paint. It's easy to do.

no in terms of position it was always "available"; however we used different admin staff for other purposes ie -The move comes after head coach Brian Kelly lost one of his key behind-the-scenes staffers earlier this year when director of football personnel Tim McDonnell took a scouting position with the New York Giants.-,J.R. Sandlin enters his first year as the recruiting analyst for the Notre Dame football team. In this role, Sandlin will work with the program's recruiting efforts, handle special projects assigned by head coach Brian Kelly and assist in the social media strategies and execution of the football program.
He joined the Irish program after serving as the director of recruiting at Tenneessee in 2013. Prior to UT, Sandlin was part of the recruiting staff at the University of Alabama from 2010-12. The Crimson Tide captured back-to-back national championships in 2011 and 2012. Alabama secures the top-ranked recruiting classes in the nation in both '11 and '12. He was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the recruiting department for the Crimson Tide.

Sandlin spent the 2009 season as tight ends coach, chief football administrator and director of player personnel at Oxford High School in Alabama.

Sandlin served as recruiting specialist at UCF in 2008-09. He was offensive coordinator, wide receivers coach, director of player personnel and executive football administrator at American Christian Academy in Tuscaloosa, Ala., from 2007-08.

Sandlin was a scholarship tight end at University of Central Florida from 2005-07. He was part of the Golden Knights' Conference USA championship team in '05. Sandlin graduated from UCF in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in sports and fitness. He earned a master's degree in sport management from the University of Alabama in '12.

--want to know his impact from other places: He handles a lot of the marketing. The "Rise to the Top" thing was his idea, the 102 letters to the recruit was his idea(he did it sort of at bama), as well as a lot of other stuff. Everything you see Tennessee doing right now is his plan. He's working close with Butch and advising on how to Tennessee more visible with recruits. Not saying he makes or breaks Tennessee recruiting, but he's done a VERY good job so far.
I would disagree -- I think he has done a Phenomenal job so far.

I'm surprised he doesn't have a degree in marketing.

No. He used to be at Tennessee. Then we hired him.
Seems like a strange career path, but then recruiting is a strange world. Whatever it is he does, he seems to do it pretty well.

Alford wasnt with Bo today.

JR is a good dude and just what ND needs. He is overtop and is getting NDs name out there. Sending 270 letters is annoying and not needed at all....but when Matt Elams name is on ESPN, cnn, and every recruiting, kids love the attention. The #potofgold campaign is nice. It builds excitement and obviously gets all the message board excited. He is def the rah rah guy. Itll be interesting to see how he approaches it going forward for future classes. Social Media is a wide open game right now, and if he can hit some niches, ND can really separate itself from other schools. Twitter is essentially the new news. A person in his position can post a link/pic/etc and it reaches 100,000 peoples twitter account in a matter of mins. He has got to figure out a few things and im not sure of the lines he has to stay behind with the ncaa, but he is on the verge of tapping into something.

Bold call with ST. Do you think Elam falls into our lap if Saban heads to Texas?

Also...who is the #PotOfGold Sandlin is readying on twitter?

Do we take all 3 of Nile Sykes, Nyles Morgan, and Kolin Hill? I would almost assume that Kolin Hill is on the outside looking in.

What makes you think we get Soloman Thomas GBdomer? I respect your insight when it comes to recruiting, but nothing as of late makes Thomas a ND lean.

don't see a new staff changing things since saban has never really came after Hill...could be wrong the with the switch to 3-4 should saban be hired.

I don't think Saban is going to Texas. I think he is using them as leverage.
