I think the above explanations for BCB and FCB are about right. The amount of WR's on the field (or TE's), the ability and/or size of those WR's, the spot of the ball (in the middle say, as opposed to on a hash), defensive blitzes, and many other factors all play into it. So I don't think there is often a strict, hard and fast explanation for BCB and FCB.

Thanks r2g and hog. Yeah I simplified it and assumed little to no blitzing, just how our secondary would match up in a vanilla base 3-4.
