I posted this in our PS3 online dynasty thread, but I'll repost here in case any of you guys are interested. It concerns updated rosters for the '15 season for the NCAA14 video game:

Off-topic, but I'm starting to get the itch to do a realistic dynasty with ND now that the real season is approaching (I go through this every year).

I searched and found a Reddit thread from three guys that have done rosters to mirror the 2015 season (coach changes included). I don't know how good/accurate they are yet, but they are complete rosters. To add to their legitimacy, these guys created a thread on Operation Sports and the return comments seem to be pretty positive. They were created recently, so transfers should be pretty close to up-to-date as well.

(There are Operation Sports guys that do the rosters every year, so the OS community knows how to spot a good roster. They've been working on their official OS community rosters since signing day, but they still aren't complete. Since these new guys that I found haven't been shot down, my first impression is that these rosters will be good).

I plan on downloading and checking them out tonight while I have a beer or seven. I'll let you know how it goes.

If it doesn't work, don't blame me because I haven't tried it yet lol.


ADDED BONUS: If we ever decide to do another online dynasty, their OS thread references a way to make these rosters and an online dynasty "work," which I assume means "run smoothly."

So if we ever decide to try another dynasty, we might be able to give it a shot with updated rosters.

Additionally, they have created 3 teams that are now in FBS that you can download from their gamertags as well. I plan on dowloading their Appalachian State and switching them out with UAB for offline dynasty fun. You better believe my first game will be a win AT scUM.

OMG ROCKET LEAGUE IS SOOOOO GOOOD!!!! Its easily the best free game they've had yet. I've been playing it constantly the last 2 weeks.

I play it religiously so I like the game more realistic, that being said I can see casual fans being frustrated by it. You have to play a lot more like really hockey than in any other game in the series.

Sorry if you guys have talked about this game before but i was wondering if any of you have played Wolfenstein: The New Order for PS4 and what you thought about it? I loved RTCW on PS2 and Wolfenstein on PS3 was ok. I bought the game when it first came out thinking i would buy the system soon after but still haven't bought a PS4 yet(I don't play video games very often and decided to try and wait for the price drop). I've read it's pretty good but was just curious of your opinions.

That's the frustration with the first release of a sports game on new gen consoles.

I just bought Rory's PGA Tour game for XB1, and it looks reallllllllly good and they offer three different play styles (arcade, meter, and pure swing control) which is nice, but the game lacks HEAVILY on course options and overall customization. You have 9 templates of faces and hair styles to choose from, and it's the same with skin tones. There are no options in the career except for the actual events, and there aren't even any record books or anything. You just go one event to the next. You can't even select which attributes to improve, it just does it for you after each round you play. Very linear and pretty bland after you've run through it one time.

It is cool to play St. Andrew's, but it's actually the easiest course in the game lol.

Pretty disappointed overall, but the visuals and playstyle give me hope for next year's release as long as they crank up the customization.

Yeah, looks like Tuesday will be when the next games are released. Last month it was Metal Gear Solid...something (Haven't played it yet). This month it's Rocket League and some stealth goblin game. August's games were announced, looks like we're getting Lara Croft Temple of Osiris, and three other games I've never heard of.

So my 1 year old son found a way to reach a cord and pulled my PS4 off the TV stand. Now the HDMI pins are all bent and the system is essentially a brick. I've only had the thing a little over a month, looks like I'm sending it back to Sony. Redheads...they're trouble.

EA released their full stadium list for FIFA 16... pretty disappointing, only MLS stadium added is CenturyLink, no Celtic Park again, no new generic stadiums, and only added a couple of other stadiums outside the EPL... I will probably buy it anyway, but if I hear that manager mode got nothing added I may consider just sticking with 15 for another year. This game needs a create a stadium feature so badly...

I hope they fixed the Career Mode Scouting/Youth Academy problem. How players cant grow in physicals drive me insane!!!

It's stupid how many 5'2" strikers and CB you discover too... Or how many players have sub 60 speed and they are wingers or CAMs... Not cool

Nothing about co op or multiple managers at once... that sucks, but what they do share is good stuff, I love the ability to train select players... that will drastically improve youth scouting... though I hope this doesn't mean players in form never grow unless you train them...

I doubt there is anything new to North America like CONCACAF CL or more leagues so I'll pass on an MLS career, but you have to think that kind of expansion is coming real quickly, prob. next year.

I'm thinking of taking Celtic since we are only short Hibs this year in the SPL (and Celtic is finally done with those awful striped kits and back to actual hoops) and doing a true to life Career which I have honestly never done... I've always turned them into a giant like the 1960s and 70s with massive transfers and massive budgets, winning multiple Champions League titles. I think this year I'm going to play with a realistic budget and try to build a team from the youth squad and see how far I can take them.
