First off I agree... great backing artists here. Now lets get to the Post man.

He sounds like Adam Duritz after a stroke... on helium. And it's 100x better than the cover of PJ's Better Man he did on Stern.

I still haven't got all of my cornea out from under my fingernails after that go round. Such butchery hasn't been performed since Daniel Day Lewis roamed the Five Points.

Yup. That’s why it’s a good practice to ignore the Twitter/blogger guys…and the hipsters that think they can cherry pick lyrics when it suits their emotions.

The Popes are aces musicians. They were Shane McGowans backing band on his two solo albums.

They have a couple barn burners on recordings they released without him.
