When was HR never not insane? LolHe died of a heroin overdose in 2017. Had a stint with BadBrains while HR was off being insane. He was a solid front man.

Same. Then he turned up everywhere.I discovered Stephen Brodsky as part of the Two Minutes to Midnight Cover videos. I need to listen more to him.
I should clarify. Insane and not in the band. Lol.When was HR never not insane? Lol
Love that. Gina is a shredder! Have you checked out the new baroness? She really shines on it. Much better than the last album.
I have not. I need to. I was a bit disappointed by the Gold and Grey album. I love me some Gina
There was no way they were going to top purple, but I was so bummed out by gold and grey. It has a few moments, but overall, it's just meh. Maybe in a vacuum I would like it more but I've tried many times. Stone on the other hand is so good. Everything just flows so well and it's even better listening to the whole thing than the individual songs. Great return to form.Gold and Grey was good... It just wasn't what I think we all thought it would be.
But Stone... WOW
The new graveyard is really good blues rock
Definitely got a Morrison vibe from singer’s voice. Ian Astbury did a helluva job fronting the remaining Doors not long ago when they were rotating lead singers for a tribute show or album (can’t remember the circumstance). Ian has one of the best rock voice but he’s a typical frontman…batshit crazy. Some parts of the song are even a little Doorsy…..

I love the singers voice. As much as you both hear the doors/Morrison, it reminds me of solo Mark Lanegan. This is probably my favorite song of theirs. Another emotional and brilliant song from the singer.
Been listening to a lot of Uada lately. They just released their newest album a couple weeks ago. I also got to see them two weeks ago in Philly. Some great stuff........ if you're into this sort of music.
