What is the "uniform surprise"?

Is this a parody of uniform reveal videos? Like those are their regular uniforms from the past 20 years are they not?
It's not quite a "Corporate needs you to find the difference between these two pictures" situation...but it's close

Sweet, you look like nebraska.
Considering UW started football in 1889 and Nebraska in 1890 Nebraska stole the look and UW figured out it was lame.

Uniforms were very similar to the UW throwbacks in the 19th century

Couple of these left on Hammes Notre Dame Bookstore site

Rally House and the Under Armour site have a decent selection available, but the pre-order ship-by dates are kind of all over the place. Under Armour has a cap, which I hadn't seen previously.

The hat price is fine. The fleece is ridiculous. I always thought the Under Armor shirts/sweaters were overpriced though. I buy the cheap shit.
It's a little up there for a dad hat. UA has always been a little pricey but their quality is worth it, but been seeing $42 t shirts and $80+ hoodies much more than the past few years

Best hack on the hoodies is to get a classy crew neck instead for half the price. Bonus points if it's champion or starter

I thought he punted a while ago.

I used to read that blog religiously.
I think the guy that started it bailed but one of his other contributors took it over. I might be wrong.

No it’s still Paul Lukas that runs it, but I think he has others up their contributions.

Honestly, when he went behind paywall for a lot of it, I stopped following. It was a wonderful site, and when he was partnered with ESPN, the ease of access was amazing. Unfortunately we see less and less wonderful pet projects site like it anymore.
