I've stayed away from Four Roses for a while because of bad association with a terrible hangover, but I"m pretty glad I got this.

So very smooth. Light, vanilla. I even got it on sale, though it might've just been a "sale". The small liquor shop I live near didn't have a great selection, and this is definitely what I wanted to try out of my options.

Overall I'm pretty glad. Thanks for the recommendation..

Just cracked open a bottle of Knob Creek Smoked Maple. I am not usually a big fan of "flavored" whiskey, but this one is pretty awesome. I wouldn't want to drink a whole lot of this, but for one or two drinks at the end of the day to unwind is really nice. Plus it is really reasonable. I think it was about $30 at Costco.

Shorts brew sticky icky icky, griffin claw screamin' pumpkin. Feel bad for all of you not in michigan. Shorts Brewery has some incredible beer that is not going to be distributed outside michigan. I live withing 40 minutes of Bells brewery and have been there once. Just so overhyped.....
