My 4th included Russian River's Supplication, Consecration, & Sanctification, Ballast Point's Sculpin, Angel's Envy bourbon, and frequent tastings of the barrel-aging Sazerac (the anise flavors from the absinthe have already mellowed significantly 2 weeks in).

I think the only Russian River I've tried is Pliny the Elder. I'll keep an eye out for any of those.

Knee Deep Breaking Bud IPA. Pretty good, the main flavor is grapefruit, almost like biting into one.

Golden Road Heal the Bay IPA. Some citrus, pine, and saltine cracker. A pretty good IPA.

Alpine Duet on tap. I think I am going to enjoy the new place that opened by my house.

Now Ballast Point Victory at Sea on tap. Amaze balls, so much better them from a bottle (and it is great from the bottle). Tastes like drinking a high quality vanilla coffee while eating premium dark chocolate.

We might be getting this at my bar. Your approval has me excited. However it may also be another Alpine offering.

All of thehl hoppy Alpine beers that I have had have been at least very good if not great. Hoppy Birthday is very good, Duet, Nelson and Pure Hoppiness are great and Exponential Hoppiness is amazing.

Unfortunately their non-hoppy beets are just ok.

Great Lakes Sharpshooter. Wheat Session IPA. As good as that sounds. Not sure what I was thinking....

Traveler grapefruit ale, it's okay, would have been great to have this grapefruit flavor and strength of in a here or IPA though...

Ahhhh Consecration is my favorite out of those. Why did they raise the price on such a damn tasty beer?

A 32oz growler of Huss Brewing That'll do IPA. Last time I buy a growler without tasting first. Ugh. Starts with a little citrus then a big does of bitter pine. The aftertaste is like biting a pine cone. Damn this will be a rough 32oz to finish.

3F War Mullet. Love this beer, super citrusy like a lot of the 3F beers I've had.

Had a lot to drink today, including some really solid beers (North Peak, Jolly Pumpkin, Atwater, etc...)---even some cocktails and wine. But, as the evening comes to a close, I hate to say that I'm curling up with a Blatz.
