Ha, I'm short too... Wanted a drink and was forced to go with tequila, oj, triple sec, apple juice...

Ghetto juice boys.

Delicious and perfect for a bitter cold winter night.

Nice pour. How do you like it?

It's not bad. Might be hard to find as it was just released. It is aged in cognac barrels (much like the discontinued Crown Cask 16), but not quite as good. Is is also half the price. Not bad for $36.

I liked the Cask 16, a very flavorful yet easy drinking whiskey. Thanks.

Haha, full exposure here, I grew up straight up a desert rat, poor white trash cracka... I've worked hard to raise my social status in early adulthood with good success... but sometimes, this thread makes me think, "Damn...'

My dad drank peppermint schnapps and Old Milwaukee.

Sadly for you non-Michigan folks, I do not believe Jolly Pumpkin distributes outside the state. They are the kings of sour ales. I'd be willing to do a trade, if anyone wanted to try anything in particular.

Edit: Turns out that I was very wrong about their distribution, according to this map!

Jolly Pumpkin distributes to Arizona. They have some good beers (I like the La Roja and the Oro de Calabaza). Also Russian River is probably the King of Sour Ales, though I would say that Jolly Pumpkin is in the top five (the problem is that it is just about impossible to get anything from Russian River outside of the California).
