Almost always happens when there is an ad for a game that has a drawing of a king with a beard (no idea what the game is). I think that ad is the problem!

Ive had this issue from time to time. I find most of the time I can stop it from happening by allowing the browser to load all the way before I start trying to scroll. I think the ad banner is the first thing to load so no matter where you touch sometimes thats the only thing that gets hit.
