Who gets let go first BK or Riley? I don't see Cignetti at USC, I don't think it fits him. I'd also like to see what Cignetti can do at IU for a few years.

This is the opening to can Riley without paying him. Charlie Weiss started all these big payouts when ND became the laughing stocks by extending fat boys contract based on a loss! Now these coaches who are failing all over the place are getting canned and paid millions. Most of these coaches would take these moves without huge buyouts. What else they going to do? Norvelle, Napier, etc? What else are these guys doing? These ADs have obviously never read Trumps “The Art of the Deal”
I guess we should want Riley there since he isn’t impressing anybody. If he doesn’t win at least one of his last three games or gets whipped by any of them he should be gone. Clay Helton is laughing his ass off!
I will say USC is like Kansas this year losing 5 games by one score. USC should have lost to LSU but won 3-4 other games.

USC would have to pay to get rid of him:

Two sources said even if Riley had an interest in making the move, it would require some payout of his current deal with USC to make up for what he would be giving up in the transition — like a professional sports trade where one team pays a chunk of a player’s remaining salary on a large contract and the receiving team picks up the rest.
