Jack Sears is grad transferring to San Diego State
With Charlotte getting two commits yesterday, they have jumped USC into 81st place in 247's team rankings.

VaTech too,... and SMU hasn’t seen a bump from their season. Helton feels like UCs Ty in this regard. The coach that has them 50 spots lower than what should be the floor there.
Two of the last remaining 4* USC leans they hoped would bolster their class, Darion Green-Warren and LV Bunkley-Shelton, are now CB'ed to Michigan and ASU respectively after visits to those schools.
At this point, going only off CBs, USC would add Gary Bryant Jr., Jack Yary, Justin Houston and Sefita Tupe. Assuming they all committed tomorrow, USC would only have the 40th best class. But realistically, other schools ranked around there (Kansas is 42nd!) would add more kids and pass them.
Flowe just announced for Oregon. I like this for two reasons:
1) I'm excited to see him flying around in the PAC 12.
2) If he had picked Clemson or USC we would've played him.
3) USC's recruiting back just got broken.
USC class is currently ranked 78th. The 2020 classes for the teams that arguably were the worst in each Power 5 confernce:
ACC - NC State - 45th
Big 10 - Rutgers - 64th
Big 12 - Kansas - 46th
Pac 12 - Arizona - 68th
SEC- Vanderbilt - 52nd
So how did this happen for USC? I understand the underlying causes with Helton's job security and the school's other issues.
What I mean is, did they have a bunch of decommits? Were they in it for a bunch of top rated guys and none of them chose USC and they were left in the lurch? Or were they turned down by plan A, then by plan B, then by plan C...
Historic poor class. Will pay dividends to us down the road in talent drain and depth.
Will be hopeful to see LT Austin Jackson go pro.
Even with Vaughns and Pittman losses in 2020, a 5 star line up of ASB, Bru McCoy, and Kyle Ford with Drake London, who has come on strong at the end of his freshman season, will be plenty of elite skilled talent for the winner of Slovis/Daniels. In the articles talking about their recruiting disappointments, they outline the bullish prediction of 2020. Will be our 2nd/3rd toughest game.

WR Tyler Vaughns announced he's coming back.
Think I also saw Rams' DC or staff member declined DC position at USC.
