New Had consensual sex with a known slut(USC Football Team will be retiring her panties soon). Daughter of a USC booster, that got caught by her BF and claimed she got raped/assaulted by him. With Heavy influence from her family, Case closed, he gone!! Really Fricking Sad!

That's SoCal for PIIHB.

If he has his foreign language req's... Do want. IE pre-season All American.

No italics.
.

Hell to the no. He had a bad rep in high school as well (when he committed to UCLA during an all-star game week just to get publicity, only to wear USC clothes like the very next day, I knew what they were saying about him was true). And he was suspended a game earlier in the year for a student conduct violation, which was independent of the event that got him kicked out of school.

If that kid can't even stay out of trouble at USC, what makes you think he could handle Notre Dame and our infamous ResLife?

Don't want him. Wanted PIIHB Pre-Season All American conversation.

USC scholarship count is seventy-four after taking a full class of twenty-five for 2015. They should reach eighty-five with another full class of twenty-five for 2016. Depth will be improved this year, but, understandably, this is a young team nineteen scholarships for 2014 and twenty-five each for 2015 & 2016.

At this point, USC has fourteen verbals, but also is expected to honor two blueshirts (Burnett and Johnston) from 2015 and has two transfers (McNamara and Imatorbhebhe) that will all count against the '16 class. So, their '16 class is really eighteen. They do have a PWO from 2015, too.

Wow. That's too funny. I like this quote in the article:

The Ducks have beaten the Trojans in three out of the last four, and they beat Sarkisian five straight times in Washington.

hahahaha

Not sure how I feel about this because of my strong dislike for both teams. I guess, I'd have to side with Oregon and say FUSC!

Your dislike for USC always has to be greater for them than any other team, except for scUM where it's even.

If the Irish go undefeated. I want SC to be 0-12.

If the Irish are 11-1 with a win over SC, then I want them to be 10-3 and the PAC-12 Champs.

If the Irish are 11-1 with a loss to SC, there are too many scenarios to list of what would be best for the Irish.

If the Irish are 10-2 with a win over SC, I want SC to be 0-12

There was suddenly a change of the tide about a week ago, and this ruling was expected. It's absolutely HUGE for USC, as they had absolutely no weapons at the TE spot without him. Sucks for us, because their offense just got even better. He's not a great blocker, but he can be a potent receiver. He hasn't played nor practiced for quite some time, but I'd expect he'll be back at full strength by the time we play them.

Evidently, Dixon was expelled due to sexual misconduct allegations. The federal government has 121 schools under possible Title IX violation investigations at this time. USC's compliance and legal felt their hearings were following federal regulations. Dixon's lawyers argued that USC’s sexual misconduct investigation process, “is utterly lacking in due process, with no hearing, no right to counsel, no rules of evidence, no presumption of innocence, no right to possess copies of witness statements and evidence and no right to confront witnesses against him.” This boiled down to a "he said, she said" situation. Some posts have said the female went to his room (? on campus). She filed a rape complaint with USC Title IX and also with the LAPD - since withdrawn but can be refiled. The victim has been the subject of harassment.

USC, a private university, had a Conduct hearing, found Dixon violated multiple sections of their Student Conduct Code, and heard his appeal which was denied and then expelled him.

Title IX's purpose is prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex in any education program or activity that is federally funded.

Will she refile with the LAPD? Will USC legal appeal? Calling ESPN Outside the Lines...

I don't know anything about all of this... all I know is that I hope ND's coaches are out there on the recruiting trail telling kids not to go to USC because they make up sexual misconduct allegations against their football players.

I want them to be 0-12, regardless of ND's record. Fuck U$C right in the pussy.
