I dont think the Feds can mandate the voting process. I'm pretty sure that is left to state legislatures, provided their process complies with the Constitution.

Georgia is going to proceed with a recount. Should be done by November 20th in time for certification. It will cost millions of dollars according to their SOS.

North Carolina was called for Trump, so evidently everything there went smoothly and the administration isn't going to look into any irregularities there.

Here's a friendly reminder that voter fraud isn't making wild claims, USPS workers coming forward about it isn't Trumpism, the US media has never been trusted less than they are now, and if Trump did win the Dems wouldn't have accepted the outcome either.

Tennessee voters aren't sending their votes to the federal government, they are sending their votes to Tennessee to tell Tennessee how to vote. Saying that the voting procedure should be taken control of by the federal government because the official being elected at the end of the line is a federal position is a complete misunderstanding of the system.

Trump is going to play his hand - it is a losing hand but he has every right to play it. The only path I see is if there was a massive double counting of votes - too late to contest the dead and non-eligible types, that is what poll watchers are for. Too late to catch people filling in ballots, too late to catch dumping of fakes, too late to catch the harvester...

I ONLY see recounting as the remedy/recourse and it won't be enough. Nobody is really going to disallow 100s of thousands of votes b/c they did not allow proper oversight. I believe that is the only path to victory, and the main point on which Trump's team is hanging their hat. I think they have a valid case but I do not see anyone having the balls to disallow that many votes even if it is the proper answer. It is death by a thousand paper cuts.

So even though I have wingnut views on voter fraud, I am not burning shit down. I have accepted Biden will be President in two months. Consolation prize is fixing some of these shady ass practices - amazing how Florida fixed theirs after 2000 and suddenly looks more reliably red.
