And more importantly, why does a President even need a new I'm sure heavily fortified bunker (although I'm sure there are many highly-secured hiding spots for an American President for sure in existence) at the White House implying he's such a bad President (let's just say Dictator) that he needs to have something like this in place to protect himself.
