We can blame Rees and Company for North Dakota State and Wyoming (Wentz's coach) consistently having better QB play than ND.

Imagine having an easier time recruiting and coaching in Fargo and Laramie than South Bend.

He's a mediocre coach/QB developer, a mediocre play-caller, and is a mediocre recruiter and HS QB talent evaluator. Again, what exactly does he do? Who gives a f*ck that he used to play for ND? That shouldn't matter. And for the record, he wasn't anything special as a QB, either.
