Who else caught the first episode?
Seems interesting but somewhat generic so far. I'll keep watching for now, but I'm not sure the show has staying power.
I watched the first episode and wasn't impressed. Is this really worth sticking through another episode?
Do you want an answer before another episode has aired?

I've really been impressed with the shows that FX has came out with recently. Like Tyrant and The Bridge. The Bridge is excellent. I highly recommend it if you enjoyed Breaking Bad. A little similar but not AS good. Just has the same feel to it, honestly.
Tyrant is the shit. Im digging that one too!
Ha! I watch everything on demand. I thought Cando's comment re: "catching steam" meant that another episode aired.
I don't know. There are a lot of shows i'm into right now. If I have to choose one of the new ones, then I am going to continue with "The Leftovers". I'm digging on that one. The Strain seems a little too contrived for my taste. Plus... I think I have had my fill with vampire dramas.
The strain has nothing to do with vampires amigo.
I'm certain it has everything to do with worms.
But the premise isn't what caught me. It's the plot that has me hooked.
Damn Germans.
"The Leftovers" is ridiculous. I tried like hell, watching the first two episodes. They would have had me of they had stuck to what we could contrive to be the "Rapture" doctrine.
But the innocent remaining blew that out of the water. And there is no clue as to why yet and I feel it's developing way to slo0o0ow.

Vampire worms! The worst of the worm empire.
I think the fact that there are discrepencies in the biblical rapture is part of the storyline. Hence the last episode where it revolved entirely around the priest.
It's a "thinking drama"... so you know... jk

Lmao!
Thinking in the form of a weird occult that dresses in white, risky teenage behavior, and a random congregation of dogs packing up to kill deer.
What am I missing for a hook? What's the plot revelation? Pardon the reference lol.
