The Yankees would be crap without judge. Boy his is good this year.
Stanton has been good, but Judge delivered last night. Not many times you get a two hitter thrown at you and still pull it out.

Looked at the standings and to my surprise the Sox are only 3.5 games out of a playoff spot (sitting a game below .500). Get off the fried chicken and waffles for a a couple months, and hit another June win streak….

It’s not like we don’t have hitters, minus JBJ. Let’s get back in this shit. (Wishful thinking, but not outlandish).

San Diego finally managed to make a trade where they had to give up some of their top prospects. I still think they got off light for what they gave up to get Soto and Bell.

Surprised the Giants didn’t do more to make a run for the Wild Card. The could be buyers after this year as a ton of money comes off their books.

Padres have always held a spot in my heart,… that’s my team until next opening day

I appreciate the Cardinals GM admitting that their best plan at this point is hoping they get hot. I'm psyched.

Padres had a line stretching into the parking lot last night for tickets.

Turns out when teams try it excites the fan base.

I have never liked The Padres. I don’t care for the Dodgers either. But I hope the Dodgers keep beating them up and they never win in the post season.

As a Dodgers fan, I’ve never considered the Padres a rival. Nothing against them but the Giants & Dodgers had too much history going back to their NYC days. That’s not to say the Pads can’t change that. Kudos to them for their deadline deals. It’ll be interesting to see if Tatis can get healthy and see how potent their lineup can be. I’m also anxious to see Buehler, May, Treinen, Heaney & Graterol come back to LA’s staff…especially now w/ Kershaw on the shelf again.

Good for them. I went to a game at Petco back in 2018 to watch A’s vs Pads. It was basically like a minor league game. Hosmer was the only semi-star quality player. Gorgeous stadium w/ gorgeous weather. Who wouldn’t want to play in SD?

Seeing what the Padres are attempting to do, being a White Sox fan, it agitates me. They're not guaranteed anything but the Padres are at least TRYING by taking risks and making shrewd moves. They're certainly not making excuses about being in a smaller market. They face a foe in the Dodgers that isn't anything close to what is in the AL Central, which is incredibly winnable and has been for years, if you choose to go for it.

I can't imagine what fan bases like the Pirates, Guardians, Marlins, A's feel about it too.

My Braves pitching has been terrible. And a rookie running his lip after getting smacked around. UGH shut up and go throw another session and stay away from reporters.

They need to trade Trout and Ohtani this winter, begin a rebuild. With those two chips you're getting one hell of a start.

Dodgers and Yankees have the talent and cash to be immediate partners. The teams with the best farm systems right now, however, are not viable trade partners.

The Detroit Tigers let go of GM Al Avila yesterday after 7 years on the job and a combined 22 years with the organization.

Cannot understate this: Avila is a nice man, very genuine person. However...he was a horrible baseball executive. Good riddance

Saw the highlight of this little leaguer destroying this baseball a couple of days ago. Didn't notice the ranching gloves. This kid may be on to something.

Oregon kids got screwed big time. Umpire behind 3rd calls it foul, left fielder stops chasing ball because he sees the ump throws up his hands. Home plate ump says it was my call and it was fair. Winning run scores from 1st base.
